Packaging: 600g (30 packs x 20 grams). Packed with high temperature resistant HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) plastic.
Cooking method
◾ Remove the perforated kampit containing the rice from the outer plastic container. Consumers are advised not to wash or soak the rice to prevent the added seasoning from disappearing to ensure the deliciousness of the rhombus.
◾ Boil the ketupat in a pot for 60 to 90 minutes. (This plastic bag can withstand temperatures up to 106 ° C).
◾ Add salt if necessary.
◾ After cooking and the rice becomes ketupat, lift and toskan. Let cool for at least 2 hours before cutting to serve. For a quick meal, refrigerate for a few minutes.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
For undelivered packages due to the buyer’s fault (receiver non-contactable by the courier upon delivery or the wrong address/ contact submitted by the buyer), when the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs if the buyer wish us to resend the item.

Returns Information

If the item arrived damaged / faulty or the wrong item is sent, please contact us with photo proof. We will arrange either a refund or a replacement for you at our expense.
If you wish to return your item for any other reason apart from damaged on delivery or wrong item sent, please send the item back to us with the original unused and unopened packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Once the item reach us and inspected, we will arrange a refund to you.
Please note that all opened items cannot be returned nor refunded.
