This RARE and crazy concert shirt shirt was designed in 1995 for L.A. rockers, WEEZER and their World Domination Tour, in support of their first release, The Blue Album. It is a vintage, licensed, screen-printed, single-
stitched
, three-color (including metallic silver) t-shirt which was licensed by WEEZER to Giant Entertainment. The shirt is a white, Extra Large, 100% Cotton, Extra Heavyweight ringer, with an original Giant tag. The ringer on the neck and sleeves is black. It is a sturdy
8-ounce
shirt. The front sports the Weezer logo, imitating WWF and the reverse says, "If it's too loud, turn it down". Weezer toured Europe in the spring; came back to the states for a month-long, major market, club
tour;
went back to Europe in June; and finally performed twenty shows at larger venues in July and August in North American cities. This shirt was produced for that short summer tour.
This is a rare shirt in any condition, but this one is brand new and has never been worn or washed. The colors are absolutely as vibrant as the day they were printed! There are no holes, spots, fading, stains or cracking.
Pit to pit 22.5" Neck to hem 29" Collar to hem 32"  There is no dry rot in this shirt.
This is from a huge collection of vintage, licensed t-shirts from a closed record store, that have been in storage for over 25 years. They have never been worn or washed but may be a little dusty. Always look for a trademark on a concert shirt. If it doesn't have a trademark, the odds are that it's a bootleg.
