Up for auction is a 2013 promotional chocolate candy from Japan for Scott & Rivers, the side project for Rivers Cuomo from Weezer and Scott Murphy of Allister.
The wrapping has never been opened.  In Japanese the packaging says it is Milk Chocolate and is made by Tirol, a Japanese candy and chocolate company.
A very cool Weezer collectible!
